We trust you will be satisfied with your Hodges Collection purchase.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We hope to ensure you shop with us again and become a Hodges Collection fan and VIP!

However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, Hodges Collection return policy is stated below:

The merchandise may be returned to us if there is a quality defect. Please leave all merchandise tags attached. Also, please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges. Sale items and clearance items cannot be returned.

All returns must be authorized before they can be sent to us. Returns received without authorization will be refused and sent back to you.  You can submit a returns request by emailing us at support@hodgescollection.com and put Return Request in the subject line for faster processing

Please allow 24-48 hours for your return request to be processed and reviewed.

Hodges Collection will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original payment or we will issue a Hodges Collection Web Credit, at the customer’s choice, when each of the following conditions has been met:

  1. The merchandise must be returned within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of purchase, except as otherwise stated on the face of the packing slip or on the item’s product page.
  2. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
  3. The merchandise must be accompanied by either the original Hodges Collection Receipt or the original Hodges Collection Proof of Purchase Label. A copy of your email confirmation of order will also be acceptable.
  4. The merchandise was purchased at full price. Sale and clearance itemsare Final Sale and are thus Non-Returnable.

You must email us at support@hodgescollection.com to receive a return authorization and address label to return eligible goods.

If the merchandise being returned was purchased using a credit card and we credit your account, the credit will show on the statement you receive after the issuing bank applies the credit.

If you exchange merchandise, your account will be credited for the return and an invoice issued for the new merchandise.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on international orders. Please note that any shipping charges are not refundable.
